Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania. She is an actor from Romania and Germany. Her most famous films are Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra was the sole daughter of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. at the age of sixteen, she had secured a number of TV roles which included the leading role in the film Downfall Youth without Youth Control. Following her highly acclaimed performance in the TV movie Der Tunnel, Alexandra went on to play other noteworthy parts, including Adolf Hitler's secretary, Traudljunge, in Downfall.
